Teamviewer customer module for remote maintenance
This is a service for our business customers. We use the software from Teamviewer GmbH for remote maintenance. TeamViewer works with complete 256 bit encryption and has access protection by means of an automatically generated partner ID and a dynamically generated password. Important additional functions such as file transfer require additional manual approval. It is therefore impossible to control the computer unnoticed without permission. However, this means that the partners must be present during remote maintenance.
